Spreadsheet Software – this allows us to perform calculations. It also quickly recalculates as figures change.

Graphic Design Software – the allows the user to quickly create and edit images.

Word Processing Software – these allow us to edit and format text. Imagine manually increasing the size of all the text in a written piece of work.

Video Editing Software – back in the old days video was recorded on to tape and this tape was cut up  into ‘clips’ and joined together to create the finished product. Now video editing software allows us to do all this digitally by clicking and dragging digital clips.
